The Workforce Development Trust (WFDT) is committed to strengthening Alberta’s construction workforce by supporting organizations that provide training, education, and employment initiatives that build the next generation of highly skilled trades professionals.
Jointly established by Construction Labour Relations Alberta (CLRA) and the Coordinating Committee of Registered Employers Organizations, and the Building Trades of Alberta, the WFDT funds programs that enhance skills, expand workforce readiness, and create meaningful employment pathways in the construction sector.
